OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS
These appointments are for when I am fully booked and you would like to be squeezed or you need an emergency appointment.
These appointments are 07:00AM OR 21:00PM and are charged with £30 fee on top of your set.

HOW CAN I RESCHDULE / CANCEL?
You can reschedule maximum 48 hours before appointment and keep your deposit through your confirmation E -Mail but if you choose to cancel an appointment you will not receive your deposit back and if you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged half of your appointment.

WHEN SHOULD I COME FOR AN INFILL?
Classic infills are to be booked for exactly 2 weeks (maximum 2.5 weeks) after original appointment failure to book within 2 weeks will result in a fullset.
Hybrid/volume/extra volume/Extreme volume - infills are to be booked within 3 weeks of original appointment failure to book within 3 weeks will result in a fullset.
Your infill will include a lash bath and cleanse to remove any makeup/ debris from the lashes/lash line, all old/outgrown lashes will be removed and replaced with new extensions.

HOW LONG DOES THE AVERAGE SESSION TAKE?
An average session can take up to 2 hours. This allows me to have enough time to determine the look a client is going for, explain the process for first time clients, prep eyes, create fans, isolate every lash needed to complete the set and allow for drying time once set is complete.

ARE YOU FULLY QUALIFIED?
Lauren is 4x certified in Classic/Hybrid/Volume/Mega Volume/Extreme Volume. She has learned skill, safety and client management through her multitude of training accomplishments.
WHAT IS YOUR CLASSIC APPLICATION PROCESS?
Classic lashes are applied with one single lash of .15 or .18 thickness on one natural lash. This can be done to every single natural lash to create a natural yet full look. This look covers 95-99% of natural lashes.
WHAT IS YOUR HYBRID APPLICATION PROCESS?
Hybrid lashes are a mix of classic and volume fans. This is a mix of 70% classic 1:1 application and 30% volume fans to create a more dense look. This look covers 95-99% of natural lashes.
WHAT IS YOUR VOLUME APPLICATION ON PROCESS?
Volume lashes are applied to one single natural lash tailored to the strength of each natural lash using 5-10 dimensional fans. Each fan is homemade with lashes of .05 thickness during the appointment. Volume lashes cover around 95-99% of natural lashes.
WHAT IS YOUR EXTRA VOLUME APPLICATION PROCESS?
Extra Volume lashes are applied to each natural lash individually tailored to the strength of each natural lash using 11-16 dimensional fans. Each fan is handmade .03 thickness to preserve the health of the natural lash while still creating the ultimate coverage. Mega volume lashes cover about 95-99% of natural lashes.
WHAT IS YOUR EXTREME VOLUME APPLICATION PROCESS?
Extreme Volume used an advanced technique with 2 fans double stacked on one natural lash to create ultimate retention. Each fan is handmade using .03 lashes. The two fans together equal up to 16 dimensional fans where the maximum dimension for an individual fan is 8 dimensional.
